The idea

Monday morning, year 2026, at the doctor's clinic

The first patient

The first patient in the morning is a colleague having had symptoms for several months, already suspecting the diagnosis himself, since the symptoms are typical for asthma but wanting to have a second opinion from an expert in the field since he is a cardiologist and not a pulmonologist.

It only takes 10 minutes to confirm the diagnosis and plan the treatment.

Both the doctor and the "patient" are satisfied.

The rest of the day

The rest of the day however doesn't look the same. Almost 25 appointments for the next 8 hours. About 15 minutes per patient. Imagine a typical appointment. The patient arrives anxious, overloaded with half-understood information, unsure what really matters.

The doctor has a full schedule and the impossible task of explaining years of training in a single conversation.

Both are left frustrated.

AITROS

We don't just adapt to the system -

we rethink it.

The result is not the most conventional solution. It may even seem a bit odd.

Why train AI models to understand doctors' decisions and not use AI to educate patients to a level where they can make doctor-level decisions under supervision?

Today you can master almost any subject online - coding, finance, maybe rocket science. Yet when it comes to your own health you're expected to stay passive, ask questions, follow instructions, don't touch the decision- making.

We believe that's outdated.
